Postdoctoral Associate
The Minnich Lab is seeking a postdoctoral researcher with expertise in electron beam lithography and microfabrication. The project will involve creating nanopatterned structures from thin semiconductor membranes for phononics applications. The candidate must have substantial experience and expertise with electron beam lithography and standard microfabrication processes such as plasma and wet etching, thin film deposition, and optical lithography.
